When You Get a Napkin Sketch

Filmed on October 15, 2015 in San Francisco
Everyone has had someone sketch out a solution in an email or on a napkin and ask them to just make it look  good. Previewed at Manifesto, we’ll spend more time on more ideas for how to graciously receive napkins and effectively add value anyway.
