Tina Hardison

Tina Hardison is a San Francisco based brand designer and creative director. She works with mission based businesses to develop brands and bring brand experiences to life. Over the past several years Tina has focused on building brands for the emerging legal California cannabis industry. Tina has worked with cannabis cultivators, edibles producers, and product companies—such as PAX Vaporizers, Humboldt Legends, and Smaak Edibles—that share her vision of shaping a positive future for cannabis. Tina also teaches in the Graphic Design department at California College of the Arts, where she gets to hang out with cooler and more talented designers than her.

Betsy Filson
Design at Batch Seven

Betsy Filson is a senior designer who is passionate about helping mission-driven, early-stage companies use design thinking to create consistent brand and product experiences. She has a history working with a variety of content, ranging from brand strategy to data visualization and UGC. She is currently Head of Design for Kelvin, Inc., a machine learning company focused on control and automation for industry. In her spare time, she consults companies on their brand narrative and product design. Previously, Betsy has designed experiences for Salesforce, Yelp, Telefonica Digital and Health IQ. Outside the office, you can find her on the trail, a yoga mat or cruising SF by bike.

Libby Cooper
Creative Director

Libby was Eaze’s first Creative Director, where her mission was to make marijuana mainstream. She led the design + photography team, and created ad campaigns for billboards and public transportation. In addition to Eaze, she has built numerous cannabis product brands including STATE, Ritual Drops, and Cloud Confections. In March, Libby said farewell to Eaze to focus on building her own cannabis projects full time. She enjoys the company of her big dog Blu and all things holistic health. Kristen Winzent
Brand and Marketing Consultant at Batch Seven

Kristen is a marketer and strategist who applies design thinking to create end-to-end consumer experiences. She's used this experiential approach to branding to build cannabis companies that educate consumers, the majority of whom are trying products for the first time. Her work helps entrepreneurs and businesses connect with their audiences through shared values and experiences. Whether engaging consumers, influencers, or employees, this approach moves beyond rigid category definition and puts the audience at the center. Previously, she managed digital and physical brand programs for Airbnb, eBay, Google, and Hyundai.

Kristina Phillips
Strategist at frog

Kristina is a strategist at frog design. Her experience building brands spans continents and industries, with a focus in creating enduring value through deep understanding of users. She is passionate about the impact of design in the cannabis industry to create a user experience that is welcoming, healthy and fun. On the weekends, catch Kristina at a coffee shop with a crossword puzzle and her dog Stitch.
